1. Start low and go slow. It’s easy to get irritation if you go too fast so start with 1 night per week and work your way up.

2. Use it at night time only. Retinol can sensitize your skin to sun exposure.

3. Pea sized amount is enough for your whole face. If you are using it for your neck, add another half pea size.

4. After using retinol, wait 3-5 minutes for it to absorb before applying another serum.

5. Repeat it until you finished the bottle. If you have no side effects AND can use it 5+ times per week.
