We are here to meet the massage and skincare needs of Thomasville and surrounding areas. Our business is founded on the principles of "Metta".

Located in the heart of Historic Downtown Thomasville, our mission is to provide therapeutic and result-oriented treatments in a peaceful, relaxing spa atmosphere. You will be greeted with true Southern Hospitality and excellent customer service so that you can begin to relax and unwind the minute you walk through the door. Met-ta: An ancient Pali term that means 'loving kindness towards one's self and towards others; a philosophy, a lifestyle, built on the principles of compassion and kindness'. Since 2008, we have offered a variety of services such as: Therapeutic Massage, Organic Facials + Skincare, Luxurious Body Treatments, and A Couples Suite. Let us help you relax you mind, rejuvenate your body and renew your spirit!

The Arizona State University study followed about 55,000 Americans for nine years for this study.

Researchers stress this does not prove either practice directly extends life. They say more resarch is needed to determine, which health habits may actually help people live longer.

I’d like to review the research on this. I know 100% of us are going to die at some point. I do believe these practices 100% improve quality of life, and probably quantity too!

Cancellation/reschedule policies aren’t there because we don’t understand that life happens. We absolutely do 🫶

Kids get sick. Work calls. Cars break down. You wake up unwell. Plans change. Emergencies happen.

But when you book an appointment with us, that time is specifically reserved for you. And when an appointment is cancelled/rescheduled at the last minute, there often isn’t enough time for another client to take it.

Just like so many other businesses, we have costs, practitioners who have reserved their time, and a business that still needs to operate when plans unexpectedly change.

We’ll always treat genuine circumstances with kindness and understanding — but we also need a cancellation/reschedule policy that protects our business and our team.

We know life happens. Our cancellation/reschedule policy still applies 🫶
