Movement is one of the most powerful investments we can make in healthy aging. Strength training helps preserve muscle mass and bone strength, while walking and cardiovascular exercise support heart health, mobility, endurance, and metabolic health. The goal isn’t simply to “burn calories.” It’s to build a body that can continue carrying you through the life you want to live. If you walk into Dr. Bowlings office you will always find her standing to work and sometimes even stretching!
