Well this was fun 🤩

This was such a fun winter transformation. Much cooler and wayyyy less maintenance 💕

This is so cool.

Now and What’s to Be! – We recently discovered an artist rendition of how the finished product is expected to look like for the old Empire House/Gibson Hotel at 162 S. Washington Street in Tiffin, Ohio, so we thought we’d share that image with everyone who hasn’t seen it. On the left is an photo of how this building looks today in its current state of restoration, and on the right is how it should look when it’s completed. Once again, we’re excited to share some positive news about our historic buildings, rather than show photos of those that we’ve lost.
