Celebrating my 2nd year on Facebook. Thank you for your continuing support. I could never have made it without you. 🙏🤗🎉

‼️‼️‼️

Comparison is the thief of healing.
My Caribbean parents use to say to us all the time, 'Don't be too be red eye'- meaning wanting everything you see or what someone else has.
When you measure your life against others, you may miss the beauty and lessons woven into your own journey. Focus inward, and you'll find the blessings you've been too distracted to see.

Watching others to closely only leads to assumptions. You have no idea their journey. What it took, sacrifice, mistake, hours of work or maybe even easy step it took for them to get to what you see in a 10 second clip you see on social media. Analysing others too closely will only lead to lacking in dealing with your own growth. It can definitely be hard to stop, over stimulation of being online has made sure to that.

Try find time away from it by immersing yourself in hobbies, a book, time with your family or friends, exercise... there are so many things really that are better than analysing others lives you have not lived in🙏🏾 it serves no purpose to you.

Happy 1st of October,😘🙏🏾 wishing you many blessings. Happy birthday month to all the September Queens and Kings. Hope you have a blessed birthday! 🎂🎉❤️
