In a perfect world, I would see my clients every 4 weeks! Why? Your skin turns over about every 28 days! However, as we age, that timeline slows down.

Whether are younger and working on age prevention, or older and wanting to reverse damage, 4-6 weeks is the optimal time frame. Of all of the clients I have seen over the past 17 years, the ones that commit to a good home care routine and come in for frequent facials age the most gracefully.

That being said, we all have different skin goals and budgets.

I have clients that come quarterly for a “seasonal” facial as well. This supports the skin as the seasons change.
