I met Krysten at the end of April this year and she told me she was getting married at the end of September. I did a little fist pump in the air and said YESSSSS, that is totally do-able!

So I set about creating a plan. The first order of business was to properly condition her skin to be able to receive more intensive products and treatments, as her skin was pretty sensitive and reactive at the beginning.

Sensitivity does NOT scare me. Skin can be conditioned to be more resilient, just like a weak person can be conditioned to become strong. The key is to go SLOW, and work through each stage methodically. By the end of her 4th month, her skin was easily tolerating products and treatments that her former skin would have balked at.

If you’ve got an event coming up in the next 6 months, it’s time to get started!!! The longer you wait, the less likely it will be that you’ll see real, lasting changes in your skin.
