The Womens Wellness Retreat

Good article

Why do so many Christians vote for an agenda so far from the teachings of Christ?

Hey. I miss all of you guys, maybe a wellness weekend in the spring?

We are really excited, we have just confirmed Beyond Basics Nutritional Program to our Wellness Weekend. This will be a great advantage to our ladies to learn about this Healthy, Clean, eating program. It is so much more than just an "eating" program.

Plenty of shopping opportunities at The Womens Wellness Retreat too! Sop by in the afternoon to check out some unique purses, scarves and more with Nancy Linker of Purselove.com ! In the evening you will have the chance to join in the fun of a Stella & Dot Trunk Show with Mindi Marshall, Independent Stylist, Stella & Dot! Come by to be styled in the latest Spring trends of 2013 including jewelry, handbags, scarves and more! FUN FUN FUN ladies! Dont miss it!

We will also be having a Self Defense Class at the Wellness Weekend. Should be interesting.

We just secured Kristin Mack to do her "Urban Funk and Pump"
high energy, easy on the body, dance exercise class at our Women's Wellness weekend on April 20th and 21, 2013. Call or e mail me to register for the Spa Weekend.
