We offer acrylic nails, pedicures, gel and traditional manicures, tanning and waxing services.
While we love to help our seniors and others who cannot trim their toenails by themselves, our Toenail Trim service has limits on what we, as Licensed Manicurists, are allowed to do.
🚨We are not podiatrists. Our licenses and insurance allow us to only work on healthy feet and toenails. The Senior Toenail Service was established to help our seniors and others who can’t reach, as a way to maintain their healthy feet after they had been seen by their podiatrist or other medical professional.
We will not service if the toenails:
*are longer than 1/2” from the tip of the toe
*are visibly ingrown
*are yellowed and flaking
*are thicker than 1/8th inch
We will not service if the skin:
*is infected, inflamed
*there are signs of pus
*is open
*We cannot remove callouses on any part of the foot that are overly thick and yellowed.
*If you want callous removal of a typical callous, please schedule a pedicure.
🔥We will not work on feet that have not been cleaned within 24 hours of the appointment.🔥
Clean your feet, have someone else clean them, schedule an appointment with a podiatrist or schedule an appointment for one of our pedicures.
The staff at The Nail Boutique has the right to refuse the service if any of the above is present. We also have the right to ask that a client see a medical professional after we see the status of the client’s feet. The management of The Nail Boutique has the last word in whether we will do a service as scheduled.
I’ll say it again, a Licensed Manicurist is NOT a podiatrist. It isn’t our job to replace a visit to a medical professional. The Toenail Trim is a maintenance service for healthy feet.
We know not everyone has beautiful, model feet and if we’ve been around longer than 50 years, our feet have taken a beating. However, we cannot and will not fix a medical problem.
An array of pedicures at different price points and procedures are also available to fit most budgets. If your feet are healthy, please consider a pedicure to help maintain your healthy feet.

Parking at The Nail Boutique will be a little challenging starting next week, Monday June 16. The city of Tomah will be repairing Council Street, some curbs and part of our sidewalk in front our building. Our parking lot and the parking on the west side of the building will be best accessed through the alley from the north. There will be room for 7 vehicles if we all work together. Amanda Mills and The Crowning Touch will be on vacation next week, so that will cut down on traffic. I’ll have the green side door unlocked during the day to allow for access to the salon when they will be working on the sidewalk.
I’ve been assured by Joel from the city that this should take about a week. This won’t be too long to deal with! We can make it happen if we all work together!

Hello!!!
To all of our amazing clients, As you can imagine we are very busy at the moment so this post is just to update everybody on Sharon. The surgery went well and she is recovering nicely. We simply cannot return every phone call and keep up with everyone Individually on this matter so this is a sure way to update everyone at one time. We appreciate every message and every phone call.
