When is teaching, I try to absorb every word 🫡
This past weekend learning the Therapro method, I learned assessments, principles, and tools to help answer more questions. It’s such an honor to be in a room with so many amazing therapists/movement professionals! I enjoyed every minute of it and cannot wait to start implementing what I’ve learned into my sessions. 🫶🏻
