Did you know that it’s more difficult for families in need to gain access to food during the summer months when school isn’t in session? As a result, we are pleased to report that our Community Food Drive will continue straight through the summer months! There’s been so much positive feedback from our neighbors who partake in the Little Free Pantry (LFP) on Warren Avenue that we’ve decided to keep the program rolling 🍯🧃🍿🥫 Feel free or drop off your nonperishable donations in our lobby before your summertime appointments or anytime during regular business hours. Our volunteers will be sure the food gets into the bellies of those who need it most! Shelf-stable tuna, chicken, beans, peanut butter, and healthy dry cereals/oats are in highest demand, as are pasta, fruit snacks, low-sodium soups and sauces, and canned fruits and veggies.
