UPDATE TO THE CANCELLATION POLICY!

Appointment & Cancellation Policy

When you book an appointment, that time is reserved specifically for you. Last-minute cancellations and missed appointments prevent other clients from receiving care and directly impact my small business. Thank you for understanding and respecting the following policy.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

A minimum of 72 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
Same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
No-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late, your session will end at the originally scheduled time to avoid delaying the next client. The full service fee will still apply.

Payment

Cancellation and no-show fees must be paid before another appointment can be scheduled. Clients with repeated late cancellations or no-shows may be required to prepay future appointments or may lose the ability to book online.

Emergencies

I understand that true emergencies and unexpected illnesses can happen. These situations will be reviewed at my discretion and may be exempt from cancellation fees.
