One of my favorites, one that has been seeing me since the earliest days of my career, packed her bags & said “see ya” to Utah. It was bittersweet — so happy for her & her family’s new start, but so sad for me that I won’t get to spend that time laughing and joking and spilling tea every three weeks. 🥺 It was an honor to watch her journey, from wedding nails to gender reveal, new jobs to family vacation. So while I’m sad to say goodbye to someone who’s become a dear friend of mine, I can’t help but feel so grateful for these kinds of clients who are the most loyal and supportive, who stick with me through the off-days and learning curves, and who make work feel less like work and more like just hanging out with a bunch of besties. 🥹🩷 Arizona is lucky to have you, .wisewoman — thanks for the years of belly laughs, cute nails, and friendship. 🥰

I had the absolute pleasure of doing nails earlier this week. Ava is my sweet cousin who was recently involved in a tragic accident resulting in her having emergency brain surgery and facing the load road of recovering from a traumatic brain injury. She is a fighter, making huge strides in her healing every single day. Getting her nails done was just another thing to help her feel like herself again and I am so grateful that I was able to share this special moment with her.
