Appointment Guidelines for A Cut Above

Hi everyone! We are opening back up! Yay! We have many new guidelines the health department has asked us to enforce if we want to continue taking clients during this time.

*As of right now, there are NO WALK-INS.. Please call the salon beforehand to set up an appointment.

*Please be patient with us while trying to get in for an appointment, and know that it will take us a while to catch up. Most of us are only able to work 2 days a week because we have to limit the number of people in the shop at once. With social distancing guidelines we will only have every other booth open at any one time until the current restrictions are lifted.

*If you feel sick, have any symptoms of being sick (e.g. coughing, shortness of breath, fever, etc.) or have been around anyone who is sick, please cancel your appointment. WE MUST STRICTLY ENFORCE THIS RULE. IF WE HAVE ANYONE COME DOWN WITH THE ILLNESS WE WILL HAVE TO QUARANTINE THE ENTIRE SALON AND ALL OF OUR FAMILIES FOR AT LEAST TWO WEEKS.

*Per the health department, Our salon waiting room/lobby is closed. We must continue to keep strict 6 feet of social distancing if we are not working directly on you. Please do not bring anyone with you to your appointment.

*Please call or text our cell phone from your car when you arrive at the salon. We will let you know when the client before you has left or has been transferred to a different area of the salon and the station has been cleaned and sanitized for you.

*If at all possible, bring your own mask, which must be worn during your appointment. We may have a few select masks for sale at the shop.

*If your stylist is sick, please be understanding if your appointment has to be canceled and/or rescheduled.

*Since we are trying to limit the amount of people in the salon at once, and the appointment is for your child, if your child cannot sit for their own appointment by themselves, please wait to have their hair done.

*If at all possible please pay in contactless forms. VENMO works great!

Due to Covid-19 we have temporarily had to shut down the salon..
We are going through a very different, and difficult time in our lives right now, we just want everyone to know that we will be back in business just as soon as it's safe for us to do so, all of our beauty needs will be overgrown and definately over do... We are looking forward to seeing you. We miss all of you so much, stay safe, and healthy..
