Is there anything better than being by the water? Whether it’s sitting by a serene lake, wandering along a river, soaking up the sun at the ocean, there's just something healing about it!!🏊♀️💦
Just started reading the book, Blue Mind by Wallace J. Nichols, which dives in to the amazing connection we have with water and the science behind it💦It’s not just about hydration; it’s a source of healing and spiritual connection. Water helps us reflect, recharge, and reconnect with ourselves and nature.
Do you prefer to be beside water, on the water or in the water??💦 💙✨I like to just sit by the water and look at it😂💦and I LOVE living by water, when it’s possible to do that, and also just being very close within a short drive to the lake is awesome too!
