If I’m being honest, most of the advice I give my clients is the same advice I’d give my best friend (or use myself).

It’s not based on trends or what’s popular right now, but on what actually holds up over time.

Because good results aren’t about doing more.

They’re about knowing what matters, when to start, and how to keep everything balanced as your skin changes.

A lot of what I recommend is simple, just not always what people expect.

Starting earlier than you think, focusing on structure instead of quick fixes, and choosing treatments that support your skin long-term instead of chasing every small change.

That’s the difference between results that look good for now and results that still look good years from now.

If you’ve been trying to figure out where to start, it doesn’t have to feel overwhelming.

If your tox doesn’t feel like it’s working the same anymore, it’s usually not the product.

It’s that what we’re treating has changed.

Tox works by relaxing muscle movement, which is why it’s so effective for softening lines early on. But as time goes on, aging isn’t just about movement. It becomes more about structure, changes in collagen, volume, and overall support.

That’s when you might start to notice that even with tox, certain lines still linger, or your results don’t feel as complete as they used to.

This is where I shift the plan.

Instead of relying on one treatment, we start looking at the full picture.

Supporting collagen with treatments like Sculptra, restoring balance where structure has changed, and using tox more strategically rather than just increasing it.

Better results come from doing what actually makes sense for where your skin is now.

If you recognize these… I don’t really need to ask how your skin’s been feeling lately.

Your 30s are when collagen loss begins. 📉

Around this time, your body begins producing less collagen each year. You might not see major changes yet, but underneath the surface, structure and support are slowly declining.

That’s why Sculptra makes so much sense in your 30s.

👉 It works by stimulating your own collagen over time, helping your skin maintain its firmness, structure, and overall balance before more noticeable volume loss sets in.

Starting in your 30s means:
• More subtle, natural results
• Less correction needed later
• Skin that continues to age well over time

What most people think of as “aging well” is usually focused on what they can see.

But the changes don’t start there.
Aging happens in layers.

➡️Your skin changes as collagen and elastin slow down, leading to thinner, less resilient skin.

➡️Your fat shifts and redistributes, which can create hollowing in some areas and heaviness in others.

➡️And even your bone structure changes over time, reducing the support your face naturally has.

That’s why aging can feel hard to pinpoint, and also why treatment should never be one-dimensional.

The goal isn’t to chase wrinkles.

It’s to understand the layers… and support them thoughtfully over time 🤍

Full Facial Balancing: Before & After ✨

We focused on creating lift and support through the temples, midface, lateral cheek, jawline, and chin, with just a touch in the lips to keep everything in proportion.

On the right side I added more under the cheek to not take away contour but to give face more balance and youthful glow!

Her main goal was to feel more lifted, not different.

At her follow-up a few weeks later. Once everything had settled and we could see how her face was responding, we added a little more balance where needed, subtle support to the right side (submalar + chin) and a tiny bit more in the lips.

This is what facial balancing actually looks like.

It’s a process of building, assessing, and refining so the final result feels natural, symmetrical, and like you, just more supported.

That’s always the goal here 🤍

Spring is usually when people tell me their skin feels a little off, not worse, just different.

Most of the time, it’s not your skin. It’s that your routine hasn’t caught up to the season yet.

What worked in the winter can start to feel heavy or slightly out of sync once things shift.

This is usually when I adjust the plan. Less focus on just hydration, and more focus on overall skin quality, texture, and long-term support.

Because this is also when subtle changes begin to happen beneath the surface.

That’s where treatments like Sculptra come in, not as a quick fix, but as a way to support your skin early so it continues to hold its structure over time.

If your skin hasn’t been feeling like itself lately, it’s usually just time for a shift in approach.

Sculptra is one of my favorite treatments going into summer.

Because it works by stimulating your own collagen, and the results build gradually!

There are no dramatic changes, and no need to be overly cautious with sun exposure like you would with more aggressive treatments.

Just stronger, more supported skin that still looks like you. Curious about what Sculptra can do for you?

What most people don’t see is everything that happens before and after your appointment.

The planning. The level of detail during treatment. The way your skin is supported once you leave. That’s what actually determines how your results turn out and how well they hold over time.

This is also why I’ve been so focused on refining the experience behind the scenes.

Updating protocols. Strengthening compliance. Continuing education. Building systems that keep everything consistent, safe, and intentional.

Because it’s never just about what’s done in the chair.

It’s how it’s thought through, how it’s executed, and how your skin is supported long after.

That’s what makes the difference.

You don’t suddenly age overnight in your 30s… but your skin does start to feel different.

In your 30s…
👉Collagen slows down.
👉Structure becomes a little less supported.
👉And the changes are subtle enough that they’re easy to ignore… until they’re not.

That’s why treatments like Sculptra make sense here.

Instead of waiting for volume loss, we’re maintaining structure and keeping everything balanced.

It’s a slower approach, but it’s also the one that looks the most natural.

If you’ve started noticing small changes but can’t quite put your finger on what’s different… this is usually where I’d start.
