カリフォルニアでは初のREEDシルバー賞を受賞した、環境型エコホテル MIYAKO HYBRID HOTEL内（近畿鉄道100％子会社の米国近鉄興業経営）1Fにある、日本流のラグジュアリー、ハイエンドSPAです。
spa Relakenは、ASC healing Inc（株式会社アスクホールディングスの100%子会社）が現地の運営しており、米国１号店となります。
2011年１２月にはロサンゼルスのダウンタウンのMIYAKO HOTEL LOS ANGELES内の３Fに２号店がオープンいたしました。
利楽園、spa Relakeは、シンガポールに拠点があるセントグレゴリースパとも事業提携しています。
施設内には、米国では初の天然ミネラル岩盤浴をはじめにジャグジーやサウナなども併設しており、和のエッセンスと落ち着いた内装インテリア、オリジナルのオーガニックタオルやアメニティなど、おもてなしをコンセプトとした、ハイエンドなラグジュアリーSPAとして、大変好評を頂いていおります。
2010年の６月末オープン以来、多くのTVや雑誌などにも取り上げられ、ロサンゼルスCONFIDENTIALマガジンでは地元SPAでベスト３にも選ばれております。Forbesなどにも紹介されております。
メニューには、20本のエッセンシャルオイルと６本のキャリアオイルをブレンドする、本格的なアロマセラピー、アロマフェイシャル、タイのオーガニックハーバルボールなどアジア独特の決めこまやかなマッサージメニューに、日本式指圧なども対応しております。
また、米国ではスタンダードなスウェディッシュ、ディープティシュマッサージもあり、自然素材やオーガニック、ナチュラルなオイルなどを使用した多彩なメニューを取り揃えております。
また、カリフォルニアのマッサージラインセンスと合法的に働ける資格を全員が持ち，技術面だけでなく、日英可能なベテランセラピストを揃えております。

岩盤浴で使用されている鉱石は、九州の祖母傾山と高千穂の山境から産出されたSGE鉱石（天降石）を使用しております。このSGE鉱石は医学会、地質学などの分野からも注目を集めて研究されております。高遠赤外線とマイナスイオンを沢山放出しており、カラダの新陳代謝を高め、老廃物を流し出す事で、冷え性改善婦人病などに効果があり、予防医学的な見地からも、カラダに優しい入浴法と言われております。
日本では、利楽園ブランドを構築した創業者（山本明美）自らが開発の指揮をとり、設計インテリアデザインから運営までの社内システムを構築している。
米国内のスパ内装においては、ホテルオーナー側の応援をもらい、岩盤浴やヒーリングルーム、マッサージルームなどの現場のノウハウを加味したデザインにし変更後、洗練された和風モダンなスパが完成している。
ホテル内での出店は、お客様へのより付加価値を出すという意味でタイアップサービス面では、相性が大変良いために、今後も積極的に取り組む予定である。
