ABOUT THE JOB:
Organically At Your Best is not just a spa, but a therapeutic space to educate, help clients de-stress, find their inner peace, and join a community of like-minded seekers of wellness. As specialists we treat each client as a guest and value the experiences we share in house.
We are currently seeking a bright individual with a customer service background to join our team. This is a part time receptionist position. The dream fit for our team would be someone who has a customer service/ receptionist background but also has experience with content creation. The applicant would also be a quick learner, multitasks effectively, and works well with others.
Key Responsibilities
• Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a warm and professional manner.
• Manage and schedule appointments.
• Receive, sort, and distribute mail, packages, deliveries & laundry.
• Check in, price, input into the PO system, and set out new inventory as it arrives.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Handle basic administrative tasks, such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
• Able to perform all opening and closing duties.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Friendly and positive attitude with a guest-oriented approach.
