I found this recipe for an at home mucus release remedy and i love it as a sauce. 5 garlic cloves sliced and half a red onion sliced. Put it all into a jar and add enough honey to cover it. Let sit for a few hours and take one tablespoon of the honey in the morning to help. It's supposed to release the mucus in you're throat. Also taste good. If I can find the original video I found this recipe will I'll add it.
