Last week as you can see Mom had the best time at the St Patrick’s Day Parade.
Thursday things changed. She had a 911 event at home and we were very worried. Today things are slowly getting better. Her doctors are pleased with the test results so far. She has a few more tests today before they decide on the final plan but I want you all to know that your prayers are working!

A utility cable that crosses diagonally over Dallas Bluff Rd near Dallas Bluff Marina is drooping over the road and is a hazard. Coastal EMC and Darientel say it’s not their line. Comcast is non responsive. (as usual)
I have notified the sheriffs dept and the county administrative office but no one has done anything. This has been going on since last Saturday.
If you are driving a big truck or pulling a boat with a T-top proceed with caution

Speedy is back!
Speedy is a Diamond Back Terripin that lives near our marina in the Julienton River. She is easy to identify because she has a chunk of shell missing on her left side.
The last time we saw Speedy was in August of 2020. She laid some eggs in our yard and then dropped by the back door before heading back to the River.
I was excited to see her this morning almost 2 years later. She apparently completed her egg laying mission and again stopped by before swimming off. Nice to see you again Speedy!

Mom is home and safe, and with a little help from our wonderful hairdresser Liza, lovely as ever.
