This is me…already over 50 and working on doing and being my best! Here are a few things you may not know about me:
• I hate being late and I’m not a fan of waiting for late people 😬
• I love going on walks completing disconnected from music, phone, podcasts and so on. Just listening to nature.
• I’m obsessed with longevity.
• I don’t have the most patience.. especially with repetitive noises. 🤷🏻‍♀️
• My time for self care (workout, daily walks, skincare regime and 8 hours of sleep) is a NON-NEGOTIABLE ‼️
• I’m terrified of slowing down and not being able to feel my best.
• I don’t do drama… like at all.

So yeah… hope this was entertaining 😂
