Lymphatic drainage massage isn’t just a wellness trend, it’s backed by real science 🤍
Your lymphatic system is your body’s built-in filtration network, moving fluid, waste, and immune cells through your tissues. But unlike your heart, it doesn’t have a pump. That’s where a lymphatic drainage and body contouring massage comes in.
Here’s what the research says it can do for you:
✨ Reduce swelling and fluid retention (it’s the gold standard for post-surgical recovery)
✨ De-puff and debloat for a visibly slimmer, more sculpted look
✨ Helps reduce the appearance of cellulite
✨ Support your immune system’s natural filtration process
✨ Calm your nervous system and melt stress
✨ Relieve heaviness and achiness in your arms and legs
✨ Boost circulation for healthier, glowing skin
Whether you’re recovering from a procedure, prepping for an event, or just want to feel lighter in your body, lymphatic drainage massage and body contouring are the self care upgrade you deserve.
If you’re searching for lymphatic drainage massage near Trappe, Collegeville, Royersford, Phoenixville, or anywhere in Montgomery County PA, we’ve got you. Our body contouring services are designed to help you look snatched and feel amazing.

Hi, I’m Cici 🤍

I opened A List during Covid with one goal: celebrity level service at a reasonable price.

Today, my salon in Trappe is a second home for my A Listers, a sanctuary for self care, and a beautifully blooming community for anyone in need of rest, relaxation, and rejuvenation.

Before A List, I was a nursing assistant, and that work taught me the rule I still live by. Making my client comfortable is always priority number one. I’ll listen to your vision and build the service around what you actually need. Your eyes will be closed in my chair and I’ll still walk you through every step, so you always know exactly what’s happening. And if you’re nervous about a first time service, I’ll take you through all of it with honesty and comfort.

My favorite part isn’t any one service. It’s the moment after. The first time brow shaping. The jeans that fit again. The face someone makes when the glow shows up. That reaction is the whole reason I do this.

Walk in comfortable, leave feeling famous. That’s the goal 🤍
