12 weeks (24 sessions) of full-body red light combined with PEMF, vibration plate sessions, and a nervous system reset with our In Harmony Sound Lounge. Additionally, you will have 4 weigh-ins with biometric readings. Each session will take approximately 60 minutes in total, and you will come twice per week for 12 weeks. Red light has so many benefits as does PEMF. Revisiting this topic for our new followers, as we have offered this for 3 years now! Alongside of cellular recovery, accelerated healing, and decreasing pain and inflammation, studies have also shown fat loss benefits with red light therapy 🙌🙌🙌✨️✨️✨️

Clients ask all the time "how often is red light recommended?" The answer is always "it depends!" Everyone's goals and needs are different. Here is a protocol for several different goals for red light, based on recommendations from Fuel Health and Wellness in Grand Rapids, MI. Dr. Brandon is a physical therapist and has lots of experience with red light therapy. We have two full-body red light rooms available at Enliven Massage and Wellness! Stop in to try it out!
