Hello friends!
Fox & Flame Sauna will be on October 20, 21, 27 & 28, and November 10, 11, 17 & 18.
Each private sauna session is 75 minutes and pre-booked on our website www.foxandflamesauna.com. Each private session is $130 for 1-6 people. Look for us in the front parking lot closest to Sunset Park (a quiet little beach perfect for a cold swim).
Come hydrated and ready to enjoy a beautiful wood-fired sauna! Please be minimal with what you bring as there is limited space. You'll need your swimsuit, water bottle, a towel or two, a robe (optional), and footwear for the beach.
Pair the sauna with a date or a yoga class . Come by yourself, with a friend, a date, a double date, or invite your family and friends. I am hoping to add a public sauna session to the mix. Stay tuned.
