Our Associate Program is an intensive 6-month post-graduate training program designed for newly licensed hairstylists who are ready to elevate their craft. During this program, our associates work side-by-side with our master level stylists, receiving advanced hands-on training in real-life hair cutting, coloring, guest experience, consultations, and more.
