A little scheduling update 🤍

Beginning September 14th, we’ll be implementing a new cancellation policy.

As a small business, our ability to serve you well depends on careful scheduling. When an appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice or a guest doesn’t show up, that reserved time often can’t be filled. Because our service providers are compensated based on the appointments they perform, missed appointments directly affect their livelihood.

Our new policy will be:

• 1st occurrence: 50% of reserved service
• 2nd occurrence: 75% of reserved service
• 3rd occurrence & beyond: 100% of reserved service

This applies to cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment, as well as no-shows.

We completely understand that life happens and unexpected situations come up. We simply ask for as much notice as possible so we can offer that time to another client.
