New Growth Hair Lounge

Hello!
My name is Melanie and I am the owner and sole hairstylist of New Growth Hair Lounge. I attended Douglas J Academy’s East Lansing location in 2014 and have been doing hair full time in Traverse City since then. I have found a love for all things hair, including haircuts, hair color, and keratin treatments.
I love creating a specialized color or cut that suits my clients style and hair needs.
Getting to know my clients over the years has been my favorite part of my career. I truly believe the better I know you the better I can do your hair.

Starting New Growth Hair Lounge has been a dream of mine since the very beginning. Being able to creat a unique space that expresses who I am and the quality of service I would like my clients to receive has been a true blessing.
I want everyone who comes into my salon space to feel comfortable and heard.
