😌BLISSFUL REJUVENATION:

Release and renew your body with a 60-minute full body massage of your choosing, using a magnesium-infused hydrating cream. You will then be layered in warm towels that have been saturated in magnesium and wrapped up in a comforting cocoon. With the remaining time, your therapist will perform a head, neck, and scalp massage. An optional argon hair oil infused with rosemary and peppermint essential oils is offered as well as a cooling and hydrating facial massage.

👉BENEFITS of MAGNESIUM APPLICATION:

Apply magnesium lotion to clean skin, focusing on areas with high absorption or tension, such as the soles of the feet, legs, stomach, and shoulders/neck. It is best applied 30 minutes before bed for sleep or directly to muscles for soreness. For maximum benefits, apply it daily, focusing on areas where you need it most, such as on joints or to relieve cramps.
