Brushes! Who has ever cleaned there brush? Do you ever pull your hair off and just keep going and it has those fuzzy balls left behind? Well those are dead skin cells and oil buildup! Having a clean brush can help prevent hair damage and promote healthy hair growth!

Wanting to have longer hair? Here are a few things you can do to help you have the healthiest and strongest hair possible! I have openings for scalp treatments and deep conditioning in the link in my bio!

Winter time can be the harshest on your hair! Here are a few tips to help prevent damage to your hair!
1. Use conditioner on your ends! This can prevent damage when combing out your wet hair. Also helps keep moisture locked in your hair and prevent your ends from becoming too dry.
2.Change up your ponytail. Putting your hair in the same ponytail spot repeatedly can cause the hair to break at that spot. Also never ever sleep with tight ponytails. This will cause lots of damage to your hair as well.
3. Using too hot of water. Especially in the winter time we tend to use too hot of water on our hair. This causes your hair to dry out faster and prone to breakage. I love to rinse my conditioner in ice cold water cause it seals down the hair cuticle.
4.Eat right! Our hair gets most of its strength, vitamins, and health from what we eat. Making sure to eat a well rounded diet will help your hair grow strong and healthy.

Birthday date with the girls was one for the books! Love that I get to make some memories with these cute girlies! I love being an aunt it is one of the greatest blessing I have in my life! Also got new glasses and I am in love! Haha!

Alaska part 2! Got to see some moose and the northern lights and help decorate for the birthday. Also mega bed and lots of naps were taken!

Got to take this boy for his annual Birthday date! We had the best time at the Zoo checking out all the animals! Love spending time with this kid! I am so happy that I get to be your Aunt!

Road trip with the bestie! Vegas and St. George were a blast with this girl! We did a quick trip before she leaves me this summer to hang with !

Disneyland was pretty magical! Best time with some of the best people!
