Consistency is Key 🔑

If you’ve been my client for any period of time you know I’m always on you about hydrating! This is the main reason why - especially my lymphatic clients. When you’re dehydrated your lymph gets thick and sluggish slowing down the flow. Thicker lymph moves slowly. Poor flow leads to fluid backup, congestion, and increased swelling or puffiness. It also slows down the your white blood cells ability to travel through your lymphatic system to fight off germs! So please ladies, drink your water! Your lymph will thank ya 🫶🏽✨
