The week before, I will be extremely busy trying to fit everyone in, plus new clients who will want lashes for the 4th of July. Plan accordingly. Reach out and text me if you need to get in before the 4th, whether that’s for a full, fill, or mini touch-up to make it through that following week since I will not be in. Beginning January 1st, all appointments will require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.

Unfortunately, frequent last-minute cancellations have made it difficult for me to fill appointment slots, resulting in lost income. As a small business owner, this policy helps ensure stability and allows me to continue providing quality services.

This policy also helps protect my time and ensures fairness for clients waiting for appointments.

Your deposit will be applied toward your appointment total. If an appointment is canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled time, the deposit will be forfeited.
