Meet Jackie Padgett, Spotlight #3! Jackie offers customized massage therapy focused on functional relief, mobility, and deep relaxation. With an intuitive understanding of muscular anatomy and athletic recovery, Jackie blends therapeutic modalities to ease joint stiffness, improve range of motion, and release stubborn trigger points. Jackie will be offering 20-minute clothed, drop-in sessions inside the Recovery Room, primarily focused on targeted sports massage and active recovery.

Because the lounge is an energetic, high-vibe space, these sessions are designed for rapid therapeutic results rather than sleepy spa relaxation. Jackie can tailor your 20 minutes to whatever your body needs most, including:
