London day 5!

Sorry you get a double post so I can stop forgetting 😅

My last day in London was absolutely fabulous! I absolutely loved how misty and gloomy it was 🖤

My last day was very chill! I went to the Tim Burton Exhibit at the Design Museum and I loved getting to see the different types of art he created, where he pulled inspiration from and where he started his career.

After the exhibit I walked to Kensington Palace and through Hyde Park down to Buckingham Palace, which I did get pictures of but TBH I liked all the statues around the grounds better 😄 and in case anyone was wondering the last slide is the vibe for this year. I will also be getting a pet lion 🦁

Overall the trip was amazing and I'm so glad I took the opportunity to travel alone and do something outside my comfort zone. I would 100% do it again and I'm already looking forward to my next trip!

Christmas trip day 4!

You guys! Jet lag killed me and I just realized I never posted my pictures from Scotland or my last day so here are the ones from Edinburgh!

I'll admit it may have stolen my heart 🖤 the architecture was just so beautiful! I left from Kings Cross (no the platform didn't work but don't think I didn't try 😭) and the train ride was stunning but trying to get pictures of the country side was next to impossible.

As soon as I left the train station I headed for the graveyard that J. K. Rowling used for inspiration for the HP books. It was so pretty seeing all the details added into the headstones to honor those who had passed. I would be lying if I didn't say I felt like Christian was there with me 🖤

The rest of the time there I walked around, checked out all the cute shops, the amazing architecture (so goth and then all of a sudden a unicorn 🦄) and the main road that lead to inspiration for Diagon Alley!

There was so much more to see but after 4+ hours of walking around my feet for done and yelling at me. It wasn't an overly exciting day but I will definitely be back!

I almost forgot what I did 😅 I walked around Camden market which is huge and never ending! I'm almost positive I walked in circles but it was totally worth it!

I went to (what Google says) the original Doc Martins store and then checked out all the booths.

Everyone should be very proud I didn't buy a million things, that day 😅

I finished the day with a meat pie and a Guinness and then snackies at the loft 😋 stay tuned day 3 and 4 are on their way!

Christmas vacay day 1!

Wow I am a failure at sharing to my stories 😅 but to be fair I'm just enjoying my time and trying to stay in the moment while also capturing memories, it's a balance.

My dinner plans didn't go according to plan so I ended up wandering around looking at Christmas lights for a few hours and then made my way back to the flat and enjoyed a nice chill night it was delightful 🖤

But, before you dive in, there’s one thing to keep in mind—getting back to your original color can take longer than expected. Take this stunning blonde, for example: In January 2023, we went for a beautiful copper tone she absolutely loved. But when she decided to return to her signature blonde, it took some time (though she was close to her usual shade earlier—I just didn’t snap pics at every visit 😉).

The journey back isn’t always an 8-hour process—it could take months, even up to a year! The first pic is from August 2024, followed by snapshots of her copper journey from January, February, and November 2023, and back to blonde again.

As we head into fall and winter, embrace the change if you’re ready for something new—just remember, the transition back may take a little longer than you think! ✨
