My goal is to find the perfect pressure—deep enough to reset your muscles but never so intense that it’s painful. I blend an evidence-based approach with intuition, tailoring each session to what your body needs

I’ll wrap you up in a fluffy blanket and give you complimentary hot packs to keep your hands warm while you sit on the massage chair (no need to remove your coat or jacket). Then let my hot hands melt your pain away! 🔥 💆♀️
After the massage, take the hot packs with you to keep you toasty while you shop the rest of the market.

Absolutely gorgeous morning spent soaking in the saltwater pool at 🌊
It always soothes my body and mind! So grateful for this hidden gem and the opportunity to use it. If you get a spa service (such as a massage from the amazing .hall) pool use is included.

I love masking! But not for the reasons you may think 😉
Did you know massage therapists have to always be thinking about WHERE we are breathing??? To avoid the creepy feeling of someone breathing on your skin we turn our heads, breathe out the side of the mouth, or worse—hold our breath! 😳
Especially when someone is face up and we’re working on the head and neck. Your face is DIRECTLY underneath my nostrils 😤😂
Not to mention the constant paranoia wondering if you can smell what I had for lunch 🥪 or coffee breath. Mints are a core part of massage therapist culture (along with granola bars lmao).
Of course I also work in close, extended contact with many people so I never know what I’ve been exposed to. I have immunocompromised and disabled clients and I do everything I can to minimize my risk to them.
So I actually prefer masking! I love these super comfy 3M N95 Aura masks that don’t put any pressure on my ears. I can take the biggest, windiest breaths I need without worrying where that exhale is landing. 😮💨
