Back in 2018 the FMCSA change the rule on insulin treated diabetes to allow the use of form MCSA-5870 instead of having to slog through 6 months of the insulin waiver program. Now drivers who have diabetes and use insulin can take form MCSA-5870 to their prescribing provider and be qualified to drive in minutes instead of month. 😀

We just connected with a new method to allow drivers to pay for their DOT exam with Stripe. We can send you a link to your email, when you tap the link it takes you to a dashboard to fill in your card info so you don't have to hand a stranger your credit or debit card. It's more secure and you can request and pay prior to arriving for you exam to save even more time.

Grand Opening September 21, 2024

Welcome to US DOT Exam and Drug Testing Services. We are officially opening on Saturday, September 21.
We’ll be offering DOT Physicals, drug testing and urine collections at 816 NW Frontage Rd Suite J, Troutdale OR which is right by the TA Truck stop in Troutdale Oregon. Our office is also very convenient to Loves Truck stop which is 875 feet east of our office.

We’ve been working on securing the location for 2 years now because we wanted a convenient location for CDL drivers where they can part a big rig while getting their DOT Physical or a random drug test.

DOT physicals are not just for CDL drivers. The Department of Transportation has standards for pilots, drivers, captains and railway engineers. The physical exam is a basic physical exam that includes checking the eyes, ears, mouth, heart, lungs, abdominal organs, grip and prehension and a few other tests.

We offer DOT Urine collection from qualified DOT collectors, hair tests, saliva tests and Rapid/instant tests. Drug testing requires an authorization from the employer or organization that is requesting/requiring the test.

Our hours will be 8-12:00 and 1:-5:00. You can walk in for a drug test or a physical.
