Always feels good getting my hands back into a big transformation š¤
I hadnāt seen Brittany in almost two years, and we had some major hair goals ahead of us. We started with a dimension Bronde for a session or two before she decided she was ready to go all in. One Total Transformation later and weāre bright, blendy⦠and blonde again āØ
Ready for your next transformation? Visit ellesocietysalon.comļæ¼ to reserve your appointment.
We all have the same seven days in a week.
And at this stage of my life, Iām more aware than ever of how precious that time actually is.
When weāre younger, we think we have all the time in the world to get things done, learn new skills, build the life we want.
The truth? Time moves so much faster than we want it toā¦especially once you become a parent.
Iām also extremely aware that booked and busy is not how I want to live my life.
I want intentional. I want fulfilled.
So these are the trades I keep choosing:
Creation over consumption.
Challenge over comfort.
Clarity over distraction.
Because when you fill your life with what fulfills you and challenges you, thereās not much time left for anything less š«¶š¼
Texture isnāt one size fits all āØ
In fact, most of our extension guests have a little movement, wave, or texture in their natural hair.
At , we blend multiple wave and curl patterns within our installs to create something that doesnāt just look natural⦠it feels natural.
Because the goal isnāt just beautiful hair. Itās running your hands through it, wearing it up, styling it with ease, and forgetting where your hair ends and the extensions begin.
Made possible with š¤
I promise, you do have the time!
This isnāt hustle culture.
This is about being intentional with your time and honest about what you really want to achieve! .the.industry āØš¤
This is a joke⦠but I actually experienced extension training like this when I first learned š
And while I learned a lot, and knew what I signed up for, I donāt believe extension education needs to feel terrifying to be effective.
Lately Iāve seen so much fear-based education in this industry and honestly⦠itās weird.
You can have high standards without making stylists feel scared to learn.
Every stylist starts at a different point.
Some need hands-on help.
Some learn by shadowing.
Some just need patience and repetition.
Thatās why I offer customized education inside and outside of Elle Society š¤
Whether you want hands-on training or more of a shadow experience, I tailor it to where youāre at and where you want to go
Weāre so excited to welcome Ava to the team at Elle Society š¤
Over the next few weeks, sheāll be training into her new role as Client Coordinatorāhelping manage reservations, support our team, and create an elevated experience for every guest who walks through our doors. We canāt wait for you all to meet her!
When we say custom + seamless⦠we mean it!
in Almond + Velvet Teddy, in our favorite Elle Wave texture.

I like to think Iām faster than I amā¦
but the truth? I fixate on every tiny crosshair
Because those small details are what make the biggest difference in comfort!
Speed comes with time.
Efficiency can be learned.
But the result should never feel rushed!
One appointment. Every two months.
Hair youāre in love with every day in between. š¤
