For those that don’t know, I have started a full time NP position so I am in the salon less and booking only a few days a month. I will also not be very active on social media. My schedule changes in the summer and I will have more Saturday availability!

How to get the most out of your facial or skin treatment—
Drink plenty of water! If possible, avoid make-up for at least 24 hours and let your skin breathe. Wash your make-up brushes, change your pillowcase, clean your phone, and avoid touching your freshly exfoliated skin! Skip working out the same day as a facial. Be gentle, no picking and avoid using retinoids, actives or exfoliating products for 3-5 days. Last but definitely not least, wear SPF and avoid excess sun exposure for a few days!
