Today, for my birthday, I am in her backyard spa in Troy, MI for a sauna, cold plunge and 2 hour deep-tissue massage. I am excited to release toxins and some toxic energy and welcome this new year of life on this earth. My goal is simply to love myself and be in this moment now...
