Reminiscing about shooting my work in my salon downtown Troy! The tornado hit January 11th and we have been closed since, boy what a year 🙂
But guess what!? WE ARE OPENING TOMORROW!!!!!!
Will it be 100% ready? Hell no. The contractors still aren’t finished today 🙃 they’re getting down to the wire.
Love that.
But we will be operational 🤪 thanks for bearing with us.

Greetings guests, friends and family!! As you may or may not know no, Ruby’s Beauty Salon has been closed since January due to the tornado January 11th! The building was completely flooded, thus the business had to close and everything had to be removed and gutted. We finally have good news as the rebuild has began! Brace yourself for brand new version of Ruby’s, still vintage and family owned but with a modern twist making us better then ever! This will include a complete rebranding, new products, new color line, new look and new vibe! The team is stacked full of young professionals focusing on education and growth of their professional skill sets specializing in modern and trendy hair! Ruby’s is a safe place that is drama free for clients that are serious about their hair, from all walks of life! So forget what you think you know about Ruby’s Beauty Salon and brace for impact as we reopen the “Hot New Salon” that is actually the oldest in Troy!
