In the office left of the house.

Times:
9am
10:30 am
12 noon
1:30pm

15 participants at each session.

If you can carpool, please do as parking will be very tight. We have 7 actual parking spots by the office. 2 more can park by the garage. There will be cars upfront (my kids) and any patients can part there as well and walk down the lane

Wear easy On/off shoes & leave coats in the car.

I’ll have plastic tubs for the shoes outside the door. Place shoes in there to help with the congestion.

Did you know that there are more than 2000 sweat glands and 4000 pores in your feet? It’s no wonder that detoxifying footbaths have been used in Ayurvedic and Eastern traditions for thousands of years!
