Bring your friends for a restorative evening of mat Pilates with Amanda Shaffer at Rest & Renewal this Friday, May 15th from 6:30 to 8:00 PM ✨

Start with calming breathwork in the serene salt therapy cave, then move into an intentional Pilates flow. A perfect blend of relaxation, restoration, and movement for body and mind. Enjoy some time to socialize and just be. 🤍

Bring your yoga mat and water/ beverage of choice🥂 A snack will be provided.
