Sweeney Todd Salon closes - Miami Valley Today By Kathleen Leese

Today was the final day taking clients at the salon. We want to take this opportunity to thank everyone for your loyalty and support throughout the years. We are so thankful for the connections we have made with the many Beauty Technicians who have worked at the salon, as well as, being so grateful for all of the clients we have had the pleasure of meeting. While this might be the end of an era for Sweeney Todd Salon, Robert, Tricia, and Shelly will continue on at their new location at Encore Hair Design LLC Salon. We encourage you to go and like and follow Encore's FB page so you can keep up with all the exciting news and happenings at their new location. Any future appointments you have scheduled with Robert, Tricia, or Shelly will remain the same and you will still receive your email and text message reminders as usual. Please feel free to reach out to your stylist with any questions or concerns. Again, thank you for all the support, we will cherish our memories at Sweeney Todd Salon.

An update on Sweeney Todd Salon:
Due to circumstances beyond our control Sweeney Todd Salon will be closing. Our building was sold last year and the new owner informed us they had other plans for the space we are in. Robert Dixon opened the salon in 2011 and built a very successful trendy salon for Troy’s downtown community. It was always his intention to pass the business on to his niece, Tricia Skinner, who has worked with him at Sweeney Todd and, a few other Troy salons, for the past 30 years. Sadly, Robert has decided that this was the time to retire from business ownership. The silver lining to all of this is Tricia was able to find a new location to open her own salon so the stylists of Sweeney Todd, (Robert Dixon, Tricia Skinner, and Shelly Sheipline) will be moving to that location the beginning of November. We have loved our time in the downtown area and wish we could have continued our businesses at the Main Street location, however that option was just not in our favor. We appreciate all your support and look forward to seeing everyone at our new place.
