Hi! My name is Kevin Lanoue, and I am an Organic Intelligence(R) Practitioner based in Tucson, Arizona.
Thank you for your interest in this workshop (which will include presentation, discussion, Q&A, and experiential learning). Herbal tea & light snacks will be provided; feel free to bring yourself additional eats for the lunch break if you’d like!
For six & a half years now, I have worked with folks in individual sessions and in group formats in residential treatment centers here in Tucson. I support their feeling better while emerging from their experiences of things with labels such as depression, anxiety, trauma, mood disorders, and addiction. I’m ever grateful for the gifts of connection and wisdom that residents have shared with me.
My favorite question to ask residents as they are transitioning from their time in treatment is: What has been most helpful for you (what is making a difference)?
This workshop is intended as an introduction to useful frameworks and somatic practices around
nervous system regulation so that we can sustainably support ourselves and each other.
Topics will include: the evolution and biology of our nervous systems; complex systems and contexts for change; bio-behavioral aspects of flight, fight, fawn, and freeze, and how they prefer to be met; polyvagal theory; gentle exploratory somatic practices; self-regulation and co-regulation; cultivating felt sense awareness; and more.

I couldn't have been happier to meet Kayce a few months ago when I spoke to a class of massage students at Carrington College.
Kayce is completing her student massage clinic externship with TMCEI and will be available for sessions until December 1st!
Kayce is a massage student with Carrington College, specializing in Swedish/relaxation/nervous system regulation. and myofascial release. She expects to graduate in December 2023. In 2006, Kayce chose to further her education and become a Board-Certified Aesthetician. Currently, she serves as an active member of the Arizona State Board of Cosmetolog, where she helps her clients by offering treatments and personalized recommendations to improve the health and appearance of the skin.
Kayce enjoys learning and continuing to develop her skills to help her clients better. As a massage therapist, she uses a variety of techniques to cater to each individual’s needs, including deep pressure, Swedish or relaxation, trigger point, light stretching, and mobilization.
When Kayce isn’t at work, she loves being a mother to four boys, spending time with her animals, gardening, and watching one of her son’s high school marching bands.

Today, and every day, let us be thankful and giving.
Thankful for what we have instead of what we have not.
And giving of what we can.
Give love.
Give compassion.
Give a quiet moment to someone who may need it.
Give company to someone who has no family or who's family has turned away from them.
Give understanding.
Give grace.
Give validation.
Give peace.
Give joy.
Give friendship.
These things cost us nothing but our time. And the gift of our time is priceless.
Today, and every day, my heart is open and thankful for what I can give.

The photo doesn't do these justice.
The artist is Bryan Walker with
These double as both pendulums and pendants. Each one contains about 1.2 carats of mexican fire opal chips, 3 rhodizite crystals, and .3 carats each of saffordite, moldavite, and libyan desert glass. Sealed (very well) in glass teardrop vials with UV resin then wrapped with a simple bail in antiqued sterling silver! These ones are all completed with sterling silver jumprings and clasps on a semi adjustable vegan suede cord which is around 19" long at its longest but the artist can do longer or different color cord on request. With that setup these are $55 +tax each.
I'll be posting some of his larger pieces with details soon!
