My qualifications? Lashed With Loyalty was started by me, at just 17 years old. I quickly grew a passion for lashes, but also recognized that in order for my business to grow, I had to change my perspective of it entirely > entrepreneur mode activated ✅
What started as a side hustle quickly grew into a 6-figure brand AND academy by the time I was 21 years old.
While there’s no step-by-step tutorial on how I got here, I know one thing for certain:
Your talent will only take you so far.
At some point, you have to stop thinking like a lash artist who has a business… and start thinking like a business owner who happens to be a lash artist.
That shift changed EVERYTHING for me.

If you’ve tried 7 different adhesives and still can’t find the one that helps your retention….its not the adhesive babe 🥲❌
Quick tip: As you’re placing the extension, peek your head from the side to see the exact angle that you’re attaching at! If the base is lifting, bring your wrist in towards you.
If only the tip of the extension is attached, relax your wrist away from you for a longer bonding point ✅
If you’re using D curl on the entire eye, you’re sacrificing a more complimenting set for your client 😬❌
Quick tip: Mixing curls can add a new level of dimension to your lash sets! You can mix curls by layer, or by transitioning towards the outer corner of the eye ✅
If you’re constantly switching between Cat eye, Doll eye and Open eye….🥱❌

Moral of the story: Continue to show up. Even when you feel insecure, under qualified, unsure, sacred, the list goes on!!! But don’t EVER stop showing up for yourself and your business.
The hardest days are when you will learn the absolute most. And then come out on the other side better than ever before ✨
Special message to the expecting/new mommies: Just because your life looks a little different now, does not mean it will stay that way forever. Your baby deserves to see their mama chase her dreams while sitting right on your hip 🫶🏻 You got this mama 🩵
