It was such a joy to work with St. Michael's School to provide some of their teachers and staff some much needed relaxation. Happy teacher appreciation week! Wearing some toe separators while I use the to roll out the plantar surface of the foot. Then I used the with the trigger point adapter to work the Intertarsal joints of each toe.
