Ok, guacamole is OUR favorite food, but honestly, who isn't obsessed with avocados? Avocados contain high levels of healthy, beneficial fats, which can help a person feel fuller between meals. And now you can enhance their health benefits even more by adding H**p Extract! Ingredients:
3 medium ripe Hass avocados, halved and pitted (peel removed)
1 tablespoon (14.3 grams) lime juice from 1 medium lime
1/2 teaspoon (2.84 grams) kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon (2.84 grams) ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon (1.42 grams) ground cayenne pepper
1/2 cup (64 grams or 2/25 oz) onion, finely diced
2 small tomatoes, seeded and diced
1 large clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon (14.3 grams) fresh cilantro, chopped
1/2 jalapeno, minced, seeds removed for less heat
1 dropper full of Vivapura H**p Extract Oil

Instructions:

Place avocado in bowl and mash using a fork or potato masher. Add the salt, cumin, cayenne, garlic, cilantro, jalapeno, onion, tomatoes, lime juice, and Vivapura H**p Extract Oil. Stir to combine. Lay plastic wrap directly on the surface of the guacamole and allow to sit at room temperature for 2 hours before serving. Fácil y delicioso!
