After a very busy 3 months it's finally my turn!! I preach all of the time but truth is I'm bad at it. I have a fully time job, my esthetician job in the evenings and weekends, plus a mom to 3 and a wife. To fit self care in is not easy!! I tried planning it out in advance, but life gets in the way. So I'm trying something new this year and planning it a week in advance if I see a whole in my schedule. If your struggling to make time, find another way because it's important!! You will be a better person for it I promise.

It's a wonderful time of year but also the time where we catch some little bug, myself included.

I call it sick season because there are too many bugs to keep track of these days

As you all know I don't do deposits because honestly I am a mom to 3 and life happens and sickness happens. All I ask is you let me know as soon as you can but preferably 24 - 48 hrs in advance that way I can open a spot up. These days I have been booked solid so I am sure someone would love a little glow. Just wanted to put that little friendly reminder out there as I am kicking this cold of mine.
