To our beloved Nails-Go-Round family,

Pauline and Stephanie would like to thank you for your love and dedication to us. Without all of you we never would have seen our salon go through the growth and transformation that it has over the years. With that being said, we would like to let you know what our next venture will be.

Now before we explain any farther, don’t freak out (you know you are), neither of us are going anywhere. We will both still be continuing to service your nail needs together the same as we have been doing for the last 25+ years, however big and exciting changes are coming! We have sold the building and will be relocating the salon! The Humane Society made us an offer that met our needs and we accepted. With so many changes in both Pauline and Stephanie’s life as well as Covid hitting the Beauty Industry the way it has, the timing was right.

We will stay in our current location through the holiday season and plan on moving to our new location mid January (unless things magically progress faster then anticipated, lol). Now, we’re sure you’re all wondering where we are going.... good news, it’s right down the street! As many of you know, with Pauline’s mom passing, Pauline moved into her moms house. It happens to be zoned where we can have a business and a home and it has a perfect separate space that we will be remodeling and turning into our salon oasis! This will also give both of us the opportunity to better plan for our future.

We will miss our house that has served us so well over the last 21+ years. There are so many memories in that space that have been created with all of you over the years, but we both feel this is the right move for us. As always, feel free to ask us any questions as we want to make sure you continue to be happy with us and the service we provide you. We are excited to share this next step with all of you!

As we’re sure you have heard, the stay at home order has been extended until at least May 15. Although some places such as small retail stores are able to reopen with restrictions, salons are still to remain closed. We will continue to follow the directive set forth to keep everyone safe and healthy. Please continue to be patient. We promise we will take care of your beauty needs as soon as we possibly can. And we promise we miss you too! Please reach out with any questions or concerns you may have.

We want to let everyone know that Pauline’s mom past away tonight at 5:45pm.
Last night she was doing well and we were looking to bring her home by the end of this week or next week. This morning, because of the need for blood thinners to prevent more of her intestines from being blocked of blood flow, she developed a bleed in her abdomen which caused too much loss of blood and the intestines started dying again. Instead of putting her through more surgery and more loss of intestines that she would have been on a feeding tube and might have lasted a few weeks longer at most, locked in the hospital alone, we decided to let her pass comfortably and peacefully. With the shut down due to corona we were unable to all be with her. But the hospital did allow me to go be with her and she knew I was there with her. After she saw me she rested and fell asleep. She didn’t suffer anymore and shortly after peacefully left To be with dad Jessie and her parents. Thank you for all the thoughts and prays and love.

As we’re sure you already know, as of Saturday April 4, 2020 it was mandated that all salons shut down to help prevent the spread of the Coronavirus. While we 100% support this decision, we are saddened by the thought that we will not be able to service our clients beauty needs. We want you to know that each of you are valued and we will miss seeing you during this time. Although we are unable to see you in person, we want you to know that we are still here for you. We are happy to lend an ear or offer a shoulder to cry on (from afar of course), and we would love for you to send us a funny pic or video. Anything to keep us all connected throughout this uncharted time.
In an attempt to easily transition back to normal (haha) once we are allowed to return to the salon, we are keeping everyone’s appointments on the schedule as normal. This means you will continue to receive your appointment reminders. While we know this might be disappointing, we feel it is the most efficient way for us to keep things straight.
We will continue to update you as things progress and we have a better understanding as to what is gong on.
