I have won titles in different states including Wisconsin since the age of 18. I am a certified massage therapist, graduated from NSMT in Las Vegas Neveda. I would like to motivate others to take care of their bodies and better their health.I ONLY want people who are serious and commited about changing there lives. IT'S A LIFE STYLE NOT A QUICK FIX.

Find your balance in this life while you still have time. We are so much more than this outer shell (body) we live in. 40yrs in the game, I know a little bit. Listen again until you get it!
Alright, he'll make it alright! If you just believe. Trust in the lord with all your heart, mind, body, and soul.
Note to self: God can do all things but fail, keep trusting him to see you through! Ps, look how far you've come!

Lord I pray for each and every person that this reel may reach. No matter what's the situation hindering them to come to you, break every chain lord Jesus I pray amen!
So glad God put us together today and always! Iron sharpens iron. Strong black men together, God says " come forth" praying always for God's favor on, over, and through your life!
