I used to love Earth Day, but lately it feels like it’s been co-opted by Instagram and brands to sell us things we don’t need. I’m so tired of talk that goes nowhere.

It’s time for nature-based climate action to take center stage. Nature-based adaptations can help meet the three great challenges of our time: responding to climate change, protecting biodiversity, and ensuring human wellbeing. Let’s go!

Feeling inspired by Susan O’Malleys A Healing Walk at . One of my longtime dreams is to design a forest bathing trail for people to guide themselves on.

Nature can always offer a shift in perspective — get high, get low, zoom out, zoom in. Learning to see with different lenses allows for more creativity and empathy.
